ABOUT
I have wanted to walk long distances as long as I can remember, and over the years the distances have grown and the desire to walk has not diminished. In 2026 I decided to walk full-time on a budget, rented out my home and left my job.
From July I will be walking from home in London to Santiago, before flying out to Japan to walk the Shikoku 88 Temples pilgrimage at the end of the year. In the meantime, I’ll be wandering around the UK as much as I can.
These are the intentions, this blog will record how the plans map out. I am hoping this lifestyle proves possible and that this blog might inspire or inform those of a similar disposition.
