Footwear
Current footwear: Asics Trabuco GTX 12
Go to shoe since 2017 and no blisters yet. Light as trainers but with excellent cushioning and grip. No need to walk them in, but I manage to walk the out in about three months before replacing them. Waterproof enough to walk through streams. Ventilated enough to walk in the Spanish sun. The latest model, 13, did not work for me, so currently buying old stock and hoping that the next model returns to form.
As with all walking shoes, I buy them a size bigger than my usual shoe size, to allow for feet swelling. I find they last me about three months of solid walking days before they need to be replaced.
